Biñan joined Quezon (13-1), which already secured the No. 1 seed and the first twice-to-beat bonus, and Rizal (10-4) in the semifinals with only one up spot left among three remaining contenders in the two-round MPVA founded by former Senator and also MPBL chairman Manny Pacquiao and organized by the Volleyball Masters of the Philippines.

Bacoor still has a strong chance to gain the fourth and final semis slot despite dropping to a 9-3 record as it only needs one win to qualify for its next match against Valenzuela (2-10) on Thursday.

Charisse Mae Enrico powered the Strikers with 11 points, while Camille Bustamante and Jemalyn Menor added 10 apiece.
