There are plenty of things that can go wrong during a night out on the town … and this celeb knows that fact all too well!
We caught this former nightclub manager back in 2010 when she was stepping out on Sunset Boulevard — but not for too long, because she tripped and fell like a house of cards right in front of our cameras!
Good thing she had a friend to help her out after her tumble … although maybe an extra hand from someone like Tiger Woods — whom she was briefly involved with — would have helped her up a little faster! Watch the clip for the reveal!
