Agatha Wong sits eighth out of nine competitors with one event left in the women’s taolu of the 2025 World Games at Hi-Tech Zone Sports Centre on Friday.
Wong, a five-time Southeast Asian Games champion, scored 9.160 points in taijiquan (bare hands) and will look to improve in taijijian (sword) during the evening session at 7:50 p.m.

Medals will be decided by combining scores from the two wushu disciplines.
Zhuoling Lu of host China topped taijiquan with 9.796 points, followed by Singapore’s Zeanne Law (9.740) and Brunei’s Basma Lachkar (9.720).
Also competing in the evening is fellow Filipino wushu athlete Jones Llabres Inso.
