On Monday, Parks signed a contract extension with Osaka Evessa that will keep him in Japan until the end of the 2025-26 B.League season.
“I am looking forward to playing another year in Osaka,” said Parks Jr. in a statement released by the team via Instagram post.
“Osaka is a great city with amazing culture. We improved last year but there is still more work to be done. I’m excited to see the fans and my teammates.”

Parks will return to Evessa’s lineup next season fresh off winning the 2025 Impressive Asian Player of the Year award.
Osaka was unable to go deep in the B.League last conference as it only tallied a 29-31 record but Parks Jr. was certainly a silver lining for the cellar-dwellers.
The National University product had his best year in the B.League averaging 13.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.
