MANILA, Philippines—The Philippines will play host to the Asian Volleyball Confederation’s Women’s Champions League in April.
The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) and the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) will be be co-organizing the meet.

Back in November last year, PNVF President Ramon “Tats” Suzara announced that the event was going to take place in South Korea.
But South Korea’s hosting didn’t push through, making way for the Philippines to hold the event from April 20-27.

The 12 best teams in Asia will be participating in the tournament for a spot in the 2025 FIVB Club World Championship and a $50,000 prize.
As hosts, the Philippines will have the privilege of inserting two teams in the competition where the participating teams will be split into four pools of three teams each.
Meanwhile, the men’s side of things will take place in Japan the following month.
The venue for the games has yet to be announced as of writing.
